Q. What do I do after purchasing the repair?
A. Please post your ipad to us.

Q. What do I need to include when posting my ipad?
A. Please include your name, address and telephone number

Q. How should I package my ipad for posting to you?
A. We suggest wrapping it in bubble wrap and a cardboard box

Q. What if I can’t get rid of my passcode on my ipad?
A. Make a note and include it with your ipad when posting, or send us a message

Q. How do I post my ipad to you?
A.  We recommend royal mail special delivery, but this is up to you which service you use

Q. Is my ipad insured when posted back to us?
A. We use royal mail special delivery to post your ipad back to you once repaired, this is insured up to £500.00 and is guaranteed next day by 1pm signed for (if you choose the special delivery option at check out)

Q. Will the cost always be XXX to repair?
A. If there should be any extra costs to repair your ipad, we will always contact you before any further repairs are taken place

Q. How long will I be without my ipad?
A. From the day we receive your ipad, we endeavor to repair and post it back to you up to 3 working days. This may take a little longer should there be further repairs to your ipad.  In this case we will contact you

Q. Is there another form of payment possible?

Q. Will my data be lost?
A. In the unlikely event the data is lost during repair we will not be liable, so please make sure you have an itunes backup

Q. Shall I post it with ipad smart cover or a case?
A. No, please just send the ipad we do not need the covers or cases
